4 Spam/Virus filter MXLogic E-Mail Defense for external spam/virus filtering and an internal filtering with TrendMicro Virus Scan server.
5 Account Management Web UI based user/group account management with an LDAP server.
6 Group Address (aliases) Set group addresses with an account management UI. Multiple members may be added.
7 Webmail UI Web UI for mailbox browser and sending/receiving messages. HTML mail, SSL, new mail flag, address book/calendar sharing function and folder management (Using Bynari Insight Web Client and Squirrel Mail)
8 Microsoft Exchange Server Function Microsoft Outlook 2003, Microsoft Web Access 2003 and Microsft Exchange 2003 server functions. (Groupware functions including: address book, calendar sharing, meeting invitation and task management)
9 24x7 server monitoring/operation E-Mail servers are monitored/operated in a IIJA data center. Status and performance are monitored 24x7 to ensure quick response in the event of a problem. OS and mail security patches are assessed and applied accordingly. Data backup and recovery (up to the previous day).
