We launched the Wide Are Ethernet (L2) service from January 1, 2006.
The service is a closed netowrk WAN solution, connecting all customers' sites.
Ethernet LAN at each site is bridged over a T1 connection to create a VLAN wihtin Customer's WAN network.
By choosing this service over other alternatives, you can gain tremendous flexibility.
Multiple segments within the network can easily be configured without changing the existing enviroment.
It also comes with great scalabirily as additonal locations can be added by simply plugging IIJA's bridge device.
